My story — From working alongside families to creating Seed & Sun
Victoria has spent more than nine years working in schools, with a longstanding focus on SEND and direct experience working with children and families.
Her experience includes working as a SENCO and as Head of School at a specialist support base, helping build the specialist provision from the ground up.
Listening to families and helping parents understand complicated SEND systems is central to her work. Seed & Sun was created to extend that support to more families.
